Delete Your Data

You can delete your Pact account and all associated data at any time from within the app.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Pact app
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Tap the Settings icon
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  1. Your profile information (name, email, photo)
  2. Workout history and fitness data
  3. Posts, comments, and reactions
  4. Achievement and streak data
  5. Squad memberships and friend connections
  6. Any subscription data (active subscriptions should be cancelled separately via your device's subscription settings)

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing hello@joiandlaff.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
